Your new company
I am currently working with a leading client who is looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join the organisation at their Head Office on a fixed-term contract for approx. 6-7 months due to an increase in workload.
Your new role
You will be joining the Domestic Sales and Service team and will be responsible for delivering exceptional, consistent service to customers whilst maximising upselling opportunities where relevant. You will be answering up to 50 calls per day and, through building rapport, you will ensure you maintain the relationships of the customer base whilst handling those inbound calls. You will also have inbound communication using other channels, including email and webchat. You may be expected to negotiate sales prices, ensuring the cross-selling of other products and services.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have proven previous experience within a front-facing customer service position. A contact centre or similar is highly desirable. You will be confident, motivated and proactive and be able to build an appropriate rapport with customers. Target-driven and resilient individuals will thrive in this position, and you must be able to handle customer interactions assertively, and with empathy. You must be available to attend an open day on August 7th and, if successful, be available for a 2 week, full-time training period of 2 weeks starting on 12th August.
What you'll get in return
This is a 6-7 month fixed term role based in the company's Head Office in Warrington offering a salary of £24,500 plus the option to earn commission based on performance. There are various shift patterns available between 8am and 6pm with contracts from 15 hours - 30 hours per week with the potential for 37.5 for the right candidates. These positions are fully office-based.
