Company award winning client offers a SaaS Solutions to help their clients better connect with the communities they serve. Highly configurable, cloud based and data centric they use this innovative platform to create positive customer engagement in the most efficient and effective way possible.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth through upselling and cross-selling our solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to customer relationship management, and a keen understanding of sales strategies.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all strategic and contractual customer collaboration.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services and solutions across multiple levels within their organisation.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and solutions.
  • Alongside Customer Success, monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify at-risk accounts and take proactive measures to retain them.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and expansions with existing customers to drive increased value for the customer and for the company.

Your Experience:

  • Experience in Public Sector sales
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and customer experience management.
  • Familiarity with digital communication platforms and technologies.
  • Proven experience in account management and sales roles.
