Role Description:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor specialising in High Net Worth (HNW) clients, with a focus on Wills and Probates. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, providing expert advice and representation to high net worth individuals. This role is ideal for a solicitor looking to advance their career within a forward-thinking and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, specialising in wills and probate for high net worth individuals.
- Provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice on estate planning, wills, probate, trusts, and inheritance tax.
- Draft and review complex wills, trusts, and estate planning documents.
- Administer estates, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the firm's growth and acquisition objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in private client law and HNW estate planning.

Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in private client law, specialising in HNW clients.
- Proven experience in handling a broad range of wills and probate matters.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing outstanding client service.
- Proactive and driven, with a desire to contribute to the firm's growth and success.
