We are a supplier of unified communications solutions based in London, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Support Exectutive to join our client's team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to determine customer needs and provide customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Generate new customer leads and establish customer relationships
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints
- Analyze market trends and identify potential sales opportunities
- Provide technical support and advice to customers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments
- Keep up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends
Requirements:
- Some knowledge or experience in sales and/or customer service
- Interest in technology
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
