Our client is seeking a "hands on" Aftersales Manager with experience of motivating, managing and developing a team in a dual brand, Aftersales department.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a customer focused Aftersales Manager or Service Manager, with knowledge of parts, who values the importance of delivering high standards of customer service through teamwork.
You will be motivated to effectively delegate and coordinate efficiency and productivity through the workshop to drive the business forward.
With the proven ability to effectively manage a productive service and parts department, you will be leading by example, to enhance workshop and service department productivity.
The ideal candidate will also be familiar with working in a fast paced working environment with quality and customer satisfaction at the forefront of their actions.
A Full, UK driving licence and proven experience in this role are essential.
Salary
The salary for this role will be £50,000, with the opportunity to increase earnings with a targeted bonus scheme £65K+ OTE, along with company benefits including a company car, phone and laptop.
