Key Responsibilities for a Rota Administrator

- Manage rotas across all services, ensuring all shifts are filled with qualified staff.
- Liaise with the recruitment team and service delivery managers to support administrative tasks for successful project delivery (e.g., sending contracts, confirming staff availability).
- Gather data for audit purposes.
- Update CRM with notes for candidate and client updates.

Ideal Candidate Profile for a Rota Administrator

- Previous experience in rota management preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven administrative capabilities.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a conscientious approach.
- Self-motivated and highly organised.
- Competent in using MS Office independently.
