Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for legal administration? We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our International Legal Client's support staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal practice.

Responsibilities:

Amending and Formatting: You'll be responsible for amending and formatting legal agreements, documents, and correspondence. This includes copy-typing and digital dictation as required.

Expense Processing: Efficiently process expenses using Chrome River, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Meeting and Travel Coordination: Organize meetings, seminars, and travel arrangements for our legal team.

Billing and Finance Support: Assist with billing and matter opening administration, contributing to the financial management of our practice.

Document Management: Handle printing, scanning, copying, and filing tasks as needed.

Workflow Management: Proactively manage workflow to the Document & Design Centre and Print Room, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Client Interaction: Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Reception Relief: Occasionally provide additional support to our Reception staff.

Requirements:

Previous legal secretarial experience preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
