First Recruitment Services are delighted to be partnered with our client, an expert in their field. Our client is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader on a temporary to permanent basis to start immediately! The hourly pay for the role is between £15.38 - £16.83 per hour.
Customer Service Duties
- Manage the customer service team.
- Ability to answer queries related to the customer journey.
- Manage the customer service processes.
- Supporting the customer service team.
- Attend and participate in relevant meetings.
- Liaise with the finance team, ensuring payments are processed.
- Organise and run daily briefings between customer service team and the warehouse team.
- Run monthly reports and reviews.
- Answering incoming calls, and deal with any customer queries.
- Raising orders onto the system accurately.
Experience:
- Two years' experience working within a Customer Services environment.
- Experience of ERP System, CRM and Microsoft 365.
- Experience managing a team.
