Our client is a leading global luxury brand currently looking for a Reward Manager to join them in a global role.
Responsible for delivery of the reward strategy , you will ensure that the Reward Philosophy supports the Business and People strategy. Working with the Reward team and across the Centres of Excellence, the role plays a critical part in the design and delivery of required reward solutions, manages reward processes and policies and provide technical expertise for the businesses to ensure a clear link between business strategy, talent and reward and to maintain the ability to attract, motivate and retain the right colleagues across the organisation.

Candidates should have a strong global Reward background with experience across the whole spectrum of Reward specialisations. a Retail background would be highly advantageous.
Salary £75k- £90k depending on experience + excellent bonus and package. This role is London/Hybrid (3 days in the office).
