Prospectus is excited to be partnering with a charitable organisation which uses research to enhance healthcare knowledge and influence better medical decisions. They are now currently recruiting for a Business Analyst, to join their team on a temporary basis, until February 2024.
In this position, you will gather, validate and document business requirements using workshops, user research, use cases, and task and workflow analysis. You will create and manage functional specifications and contribute to identifying and validating appropriate solutions to support business objectives. You will also act as a key liaison between the relevant stakeholders and departments, their publisher and their outsourced development vendor to ensure feature implementation goals are met.
To be considered for this role you will have in-depth knowledge of feature definition, technical analysis, and software development processes, as well as the ability to translate business goals into technical requirements that developers implement. You will also be able to demonstrate an aptitude for user-centric, data-informed problem solving, be a skilful communicator and be to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels.(the main system they use is JIRA, so experience in this is desirable, however not essential)
