The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are on the hunt for an experienced Service Advisor for a leading client of ours based in Ipswich.
The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for their customers, providing expert advice and ensuring their vehicles receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Greet customers and assist with their service needs.
Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar.
Provide detailed explanations of vehicle issues and the necessary repairs.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and obtain customer approvals.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
Keep customers informed of their vehicle's progress and any additional work required.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues.
Maintain customer records and update service histories.
Promote additional services and products that benefit the customer.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 + £30,000 OTE UNCAPPED!!
25 Days holiday!!
Monday to Friday hours [8:00am - 5:30pm] + (1-in-2) Saturdays [8:00am - 1:00pm]!!
