Title: Solicitor - Housing Disrepair

I am seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair (HDR) Solicitor. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), although they are open to considering exceptional candidates with slightly less experience. The successful candidate must have a strong track record of billing, ideally between £260,000 - £300,000 per annum, and possess the ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload while delivering top-tier legal advice and results.
This role requires a professional who is not only capable of handling complex housing litigation matters but also someone who can contribute to the overall success of the team by providing guidance and support to junior members when necessary. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision, while still maintaining a collaborative approach within the department.
We offer a competitive salary, plus a performance-based bonus structure. Candidates with slightly less experience but a proven ability to bill at a high level will also be considered, with appropriate salary adjustments. The position is based in Highbridge, within a litigation department currently consisting of four team members, plus the department head.
