Private PA to HNW CEO

Posted by Tiger Recruitment.

Tiger Private is in search of an experienced Private PA to provide dedicated support to a HNWI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both personal and business-related tasks, with a 70/30 Private and Business split. This office-based role, located in Richmond, requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position operates Monday to Friday, with occasional travel, work from the CEO's personal residence in Surrey and the need for out-of-hours availability. The assistant will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and arranging both business and personal appointments, as well as travel for the CEO and family members.

The assistant will act as the primary contact between the CEO and contractors, ensuring timely and accurate information flow. Additional duties involve preparing and editing correspondence, presentations and other documents, coordinating meetings, and managing follow-up on action items. The role requires discretion in handling confidential information and the ability to exercise sound judgment in complex situations. The assistant will also manage special projects assigned by the CEO, ensuring their timely completion.

On the personal side, the assistant will oversee household staff and manage all personal and family arrangements, as well as provide administrative and project support at the CEO's residence. They will also assist with personal tasks and errands for the CEO and family members as needed.

The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in a similar role, supporting C-level executives and as a Private PA. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with experience working in high-pressure environments and handling demanding principals, are also required.

Please note that only candidates with a valid right to work and a valid UK driving licence can be considered for this role.
