Documentation Technician

We are seeking a Documentation Technician to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. This role is integral to ensuring the quality and compliance of their documentation to meet customer requirements.
Day to Day of the role:
- Coordinating both internal & external documents, ensuring they meets customer quality requirements.
- Reviewing any vendor documentation for compliance with specified requirements.
- Producing accurate documentation packs.
- Management of queries ensuring timely resolution.
- Supporting customers on-site and remotely.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in evaluating technical quality documentation.
- Ideally, a background in engineering or manufacturing.
- Proactive and highly organised, with the ability to work independently.
- Customer-focused with a right first-time mentality.
- Professional and confident with a strong desire to learn.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
