Pricing Analyst required on a permanent full-time basis, working Monday to Friday, office-based and located on the outskirts of Swindon. This global hospitality client is seeking an experienced candidate who can demonstrate proven experience gained as a Pricing or Commercial Analyst and in return, you will receive an excellent salary, unrivalled employee benefits and a continued career development pathway.
Working closely with the central finance team, your key responsibilities will include the provision of monthly profit and loss forecasts for the wider business. You will work in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of point of sales revenue versus marketing and promotion costs, creating analytical facts to recommend and present changes to pricing and business models.
As a Pricing Analyst, your previous employment skills will evidence previous pricing and commercial analytical skills, having the ability to present information which is produced for use at key stakeholder meetings. You will need advanced Excel and Outlook skills, and the ability to capture, analyse and product complex pricing reports against desired yield outcomes. You will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, having exceptional verbal and written communication skills with plenty of confidence.
You will be joining a busy finance and pricing team that provides support to the wider business, consistently looking at ways to improve financial return from sales promotions, whilst ensuring that cost-effective marketing plans deliver the desired return from customer to product. Ideally educated to A Level standard (or similar) with a keen interest in finance and/or commercial would be a great advantage. You will need access to your own transport due to limited public transport.
