**Your role as Audit Senior**
This is more than just an audit position-it's a role where you can lead, grow, and contribute to the success of both your team and your clients. In this role, you will:

- **Lead Audit Assignments:** Manage the planning, execution, and completion of audits, ensuring all tasks meet the firm's high standards.
- **Client Relationships:** Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice.
- **Team Development:** Mentor and supervise trainees, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their potential.
- **Business Development:** Start to engage in business development activities, promoting the firm's services to clients and prospects.

**What you'll need to succeed as an Audit Senior**
To be successful in this role, you'll need a blend of technical expertise and soft skills. Here's what we're looking for:

- **ACA/ACCA/CA Qualified:** With experience in leading audit assignments from planning to completion under International Standards on Auditing.
- **UK GAAP Experience:** Familiarity with preparing accounts in accordance with UK GAAP is essential.
- **Team Player:** You work well both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills to engage with senior staff and clients.
- **Proactive and Motivated:** You're eager to take responsibility and maintain high service standards, with a keen awareness of key risks in audits.
