Wealth management practice who deliverbespoke solutions to high-net-worth and business owner clientsare seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join their team based within the Fareham area. Whilst currently in an exciting growth phase, with a rebrand and the launch of a new website on the horizon that the new hire will support the Head of Marketing with.

As the Marketing assistant you will supportwealth advisers in client acquisitionthrough various marketing and event management activities, while gaining experience in a breadth of marketing functions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of at least two years marketing in financial services or a similarly regulated environment. You will be data driven and be able to demonstrate ability to plan and manage successful events. You will host exceptional copywriting skills and consider yourself a tech savvy.

In return you will receive a salary of £25k salary, 3 % pension, 1 day a week working from home, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, opportunities for professional growth and career progression, Annual overseas incentive trips and regular company-wide dinners and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute various events such as networking and educational sessions for business owners, golf days, and regular B2B presentations/webinarswith the objective of acquiring high-earning clients from their employee base.
  • Assist in servicing our existing client base by providing market updates and educational content.
  • Help wealth advisers in both acquiring new clients, and generating business from existing clients.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content for various channels including newsletters, social media, collateral and search optimised content for the upcoming new website.
  • Contribute to the company's rebrand efforts and the development of our new website.
