My client, a well-established and rapidly developing membership organisation, with offices based in Central London, seek an experienced membership professional to join their team to help support the membership recruitment, retention and member engagement strategy of the organisation.
You will be required to work and liaise with several different departments including 'Events' and 'Communications'.
The main duties of this busy and diverse role will include;
Managing the day to day use of the membership database, including regular auditing of the data.
Utalise the CRM to manage member interactions, track engagement and contribute to communications.
Support the onboarding of new members, processing new member applications, monitoring payments and renewals.
Monitor membership inbox, fielding and responding to enquiries.
Generate and maintain reports related to membership data, ensuring that the information is up to date and ready for analysis.
We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar role within a membership organisation, is able to work both independently and within a team. You must have great customer service skills, attention to detail and enjoy learning new things and be IT savvy.
Salary circa 35K plus excellent benefits.
This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days office based.
