Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? Join our inclusive school community in Ealing as an SEN Teaching Assistant. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs, helping them achieve their individual learning goals.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored and effective lessons, ensuring all students can access the curriculum.
- Support the development and implementation of educational healthcare plan (ECHPs) and behaviour management strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
- Help with classroom management, including preparing materials and resources and maintaining a tidy and organized classroom.
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting students' needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on students' progress and well-being.

Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check (essential).
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and varied school environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
