FACILITIES CO-ORDINATOR BROMSGROVE £25,000-£28,000 MONDAY - FRIDAY

A family run business based in the Bromsgrove area is looking for a Facilities Co-Ordinator to join their friendly and welcoming team. As a Facilities Co-Ordinator, you will be liaising with various stakeholders internally and externally, ensuring jobs are processed to completion. This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 5 weekends on call.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Facilities Co-Ordinator your key duties will include:

  • Managing the shared email inbox to ensure all jobs are actioned within the given Service Length Agreement (SLA).
  • Liaising between facilities office, retail outlets and engineers ensuring jobs are completed in a timely manner and all parties are kept up to date.
  • Handling calls effectively and using initiative to deal with queries in a timely manner.
  • Creation of purchase orders and quotations.
  • Coordinate and manage engineer and subcontractor schedules considering logistical challenges.
  • Creating reports as required utilising Excel.
  • Responsibility for overseeing all equipment required to complete jobs as per the engineers written instructions.
  • Administrative work, to include booking hotels, travel arrangements, permits and parking.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be considered for the role of Facilities Co-Ordinator, you must have:

  • Proven experience within an administrative or customer service role.
  • Initiative, with the ability to work proactively and resolve problems.
  • Confidence working in a high-pressure, time sensitive environment, remaining calm and level-headed.
  • Excellent communication skills, over the phone, email and face to face.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Own transport to be able to commute to the office which is not accessible via public transport.
