Infrastructure Engineer
Salary: £44,000 + £10k pension contribution
Location: Manchester(Hybrid 1 or 2 days in office)

I'm currently working with a well-known and respected public sector body based in the Manchester area who are proactively searching for someone with strong technical knowledge & Infrastructure experience including Powershell, VMware & a wide variety of tech.
This role gives you the chance to develop your technical knowledge, get stuck into projects aside from BAU while working flexibly(1 or 2 days in the office) and have the financial benefits, perks and fulfilment of impacting the wider community.
This role sits within the already strong Infrastructure team as a specialist engineer so a strong technical background and understanding is essential.
Skills required for the Infrastructure Engineer are:
- Knowledge & Understanding of Windows Servers, Powershell, SQL, Linux and VMware
- Experience in a similar infrastructure heavy role
- Public sector knowledge is advantageous
- An understanding of Azure would be a bonus
- An expert communicator and have the ability to work with senior stakeholders
