Part Time Sales Administrator - Electrical - Remote - up to £28000 pro rata
Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a bustling and vibrant well established electrical business based in North London. The business works predominantly with residential customers but is expanding into both Commercial electrical work and EV charging for both sectors with a team of 2 Engineers with contractors as and when needed and a sales manager.
Daily duties would include looking after enquiries from the website and liaising between the engineers and the customers, setting up appointments, following up on quotes, ordering parts for jobs and ensuring these are ready in time follow up with any returns and credit notes.
Familiarity with an automated booking system would be highly desirable, the company use Commusoft to book in jobs, send quotes, raise invoices and keep track of payments.
You will also need to be good with MS Office particularly Excel.
Numeracy and a high level of communication skills on the phone are important facets of the role.
This is a fully remote role, however the client does have an office within a serviced office complex in North London so you can hot desk in a very pleasant surrounding when you need to meet up with the technical lead/sales manager and Engineers.
Hours : 9:00 - 2:00 Monday to Friday.
Holidays : 22 days + BH (with a day off for your birthday) Pension Scheme We will provide laptop and phone for work use.
Salary £25,000 - 28,000 pro rata + chance to earn commission if you get involved in sales.
