My client are looking for a talented Quality Assurance / Test Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis
You will be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications. This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality product to our users.
Scope:
- Ensuring that procedures and guidelines are adhered to and followed.
- Ensuring that knowledge is passed amongst team members and between teams.
- To deliver initial estimates of the testing effort needed for new developments and functional enhancements.
- Creation of test cases/scripts – Both manual and automated.
- Ensuring the department is tidy and organised.
- Ensuring that process and procedure are always followed.
Essential skills and experience:
- ISEB / ISTQB Certification
- 2+ years software testing experience
- Knowledge of the SDLC Software Development Lifecyle
- Knowledge of working within an Agile framework
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Microsoft Team Foundation Server
- Exposure to Azure Dev Ops
