My client, a London Council, is looking for a HR Advisor (HR Consultant) to join their established team on a permanent basis.
This role reports into an established HR Business Partner and will be responsible for providing HR support to their directorate. This will involve managing complex ER casework.
The post holder will coach, advise, and support managers at all levels in delivering HR/ER solutions.
The successful candidate will be an associate member of the CIPD (Level 5) and will have experience of providing advice to managers on a range of HR related issues, including employee relations and change management.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Adviser who is looking to develop into a HR business Partner role in the future.
This role is hybrid working with a minimum of one day a week on-site in London.
