Based in the grounds of a church hall in Willesden Green, this Nursery boasts a well equipped hall and secure garden and the children have access to wide variety of choice of indoor and outdoor activities.
Our client takes around 25 children per days from the ages of 2 years and above and are now seeking a dedicated and inspiring Nursery Nurse to join their supportive management team.
What our Client is looking for:
A recognised childcare qualification (Level 3 or above in Early Childhood Education) or equivalent experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding procedures and statutory requirements in early years settings.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, positive relationships with staff, parents, and children.
A deep understanding of child development theories and the ability to apply them in practice.
A collaborative team player who leads by example and fosters a supportive environment.
A commitment to your professional development and staying informed on the latest best practices in early years education.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Hours: 8am-6pm - 4 or 5 days per week
Salary:
Up to £26,800 for Level 3
Up to £30,347 for QTS
Annual leave: 20 days pus 8 bank holidays - there are set holidays for Summer and Christmas (last 2 weeks of August and week off at Christmas)
