Senior Trading Operations Executive
Hybrid - x 3 days a week on site in Hatfield

Join a leading household ecommerce brand who are redefining online food shopping.
Your main focus of the role will be coordinating trading activities across multiple business functions and departments. Essentially, you will be looking at the how's and why's of customer purchases and how we can create a better customers experience. There will be an element of analysing data, sales forecasting, reporting, planning of promotions, products, working with IT teams, marketing, merchandising and ecommerce teams. Who we are looking for
The ability to manage and organise data, you know your way around Excel, (Pivot tables etc). There is a large element of reading and analysing data to understand what customers want
Excellent communication and presenting skills, you will be regularly presenting data to the senior management team (including the CEO) so we need someone confident to do so
A real solution finder - we are looking for someone naturally inquisitive and curious, a solution finder with the customer always as a priority
Any experience within a large company operating in retail, ecommerce or FMCG is a nice to have
