We are recruiting for a part-time cleaner, who takes pride in their cleaning and has experience of deep cleaning, to work across 4 sites in North West London (St Johns Wood, Swiss Cottage, Kilburn & Cricklewood).
We would need someone to work 4 days per week, working 9am-5pm (8 Hours per day), rotating between the 4 locations.
Duties would include full sweep of the site, scrubber drying loading bays and corridors, cleaning vacant units, wiping doors & walls, weeding the external sections, litter picking car park, deep cleaning kitchen and W/Cs.
The role also requires the employee to carry out low level maintenance tasks, such as painting, changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles and carrying out low level repairs.
You must be physically fit and and able to handle cleaning machinery such as industrial buffing machines and jet washes.
This role would suit someone who is semi-retired and just looking for some additional hours. You must be available 4 days a week (including working some weekends.
