Marc Daniels are urgently recruiting for a leading player in the manufacturing industry, known for innovation and quality. We are looking for a skilled Financial Modeller to join for a 6-month contract. If you have a passion for numbers, a keen analytical mind, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights this role will right for you.
Your primary focus will be on the and cash flow model and 3-statement modelling (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement) , providing critical insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Role is hybrid working with some travel requirments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain 3-statement financial models: Create and update detailed financial models that integrate the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Cash Flow Modelling: Design and implement cash flow forecasting models to optimize liquidity management and ensure accurate predictions of future cash positions.
- Scenario Analysis: Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate the financial impact of various strategic decisions, market conditions, and operational changes.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the finance team to develop annual budgets and long-term forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Performance Reporting: Generate regular financial reports and dashboards, providing insights into key performance metrics and financial health.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and procurement, to gather relevant data and incorporate it into financial models.
- Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies to protect the company's financial stability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial modelling, particularly in 3-statement modelling and cash flow forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
