Overview:
Our clients are looking to add a Semi-Senior Accountant to their team.
?
The main tasks and responsibilities of the role include:
- Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and charities
- Drafting corporation tax computations
- Preparation of VAT returns and bookkeeping
- Preparation of management accounts
- Assistance with tax return preparation
- Liaising with clients as appropriate
?
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in General Practice
- You may be AAT qualified/part qualified or studying, or have developed a career entirely through experience
- Good working knowledge of producing accounts for limited companies
- With a background working in the accountancy practice sector.
- Support is on offer for those pursuing further qualifications.
- Comfortable working as part of a team or independently, you will be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with knowledge and experience of accounting software.
- Strong organisation and time management skills, coupled with a solution focused and a positive "can do" attitude are also pre-requisites for the role.
