Join our dynamic team working for a large Energy company, where we specialise in delivering innovative solutions to drive business transformation. We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Delivery Lead with a strong background in Implementation of Project management tools such as (P6, Primavera etc..)
As a Contract Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of managing and delivering complex projects focused on asset data implementation or the deployment of portfolio management tools. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and driving successful outcomes that align with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to define project requirements, expectations, and deliverable.Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, support, and motivation.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.Asset Data Implementation: Oversee the implementation of asset data frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business needs.Portfolio Management Tools: Lead the deployment of portfolio management tools, ensuring they are tailored to meet the specific needs of the organisation.Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience working in a Delivery Lead position. Experience in delivering projects related to Implementation of Project management tools such as (P6, Primavera etc..)
Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading project teams and managing complex, multi-faceted projects.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of asset data management, portfolio management systems, and related technologies.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.Why Join Us?
