Day to Day of the role as a Sales Development Representative:
- Manage inbound inquiries and proactively identify qualified leads through effective outreach and engagement.
- Conduct cold calls and actively follow up on leads generated from various marketing efforts.
- Educate and nurture prospects until they are ready for hand-off to the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine sales approach and strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Sales Development Representative:
- Fluency in French, Spanish, and/or German in addition to English is essential
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for building relationships.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Sales Automation tools, such as Outreach.
