The primary role will include tasks such as:
Preparation of 3 and 6 column bills of costs, costs subject to budgets and electronic bills of costs (Precedent S);
Preparation of costs budgets, Precedent Rs and associated documents;
Drafting of costs pleadings, Points of Dispute and Points of Reply;
Costs Negotiations;
Advice to clients on all aspects of inter-partes costs;
Advocacy experience is preferable but not essential and training and opportunities will be offered for willing candidates.
