International Property Account Executive/Technician

Your new role
Your new job working as an International Property Account Executive/Technician means you will provide technical and administration support to the International Property division. Determine work priorities and activities in line with agreed plans to achieve personal and team objectives. Duties will include meeting agreed targets and participating in team meetings, reporting on business progress within your area of expertise, managing assigned projects and contributing to other projects as required, assisting in the creation of comprehensive client and broking documents including MRCs and endorsements. Further duties include ensuring compliance with territory, tax, and legislation requirements, taking responsibility for data entry and follow-up on subjectivities as needed, corresponding with clients and the broking team regarding upcoming premium payments, checking evidence of cover and debit/credit notes for accuracy, maintaining up-to-date records on company systems. Other duties include building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts to ensure service delivery meets expectations and compliance standards, actively pursuing personal development to stay informed about best practices.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as an International Property Account Executive/Technician will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will have a sound understanding of general and legal principles of insurance with relevant product line experience, good understanding of regulatory environments and requirements, knowledge of the market including competitors, specific territories, and cultural awareness, an excellent team player with a clear understanding of team objectives and how their role contributes. You will also have strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, a customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail and ability to learn, highly numerate, literate, and computer-literate, strong decision-making, analytical skills, the ability to work independently using initiative and be flexible and resilient under pressure to manage tight deadlines and positively react to change. You will have a Maths and English GCSE and ideally A-Level (or equivalent), attainment of the LLMIT where relevant to the role and working towards or attained an ACII, but this is not essential.
