Dove and Hawk are working alongside a Fantastic, Award winning, fasted growing tech-based real estate company revolutionising the UK property market in their search for a Head of Lettings! This is not your typical property agency. They have redefined the real estate game since their inception and their team doesn't just sell or rent properties; They craft experiences!
As the Head of Lettings, your primary focus is on managing and coaching the Lettings Team to ensure they meet targets and deliver excellent customer service consistently. Reporting to the Lettings Director, you oversee the department's day-to-day operations, setting strategic direction, and fostering stakeholder relationships.
Duties
- Oversee the lettings department's strategy and performance.
- Guide the Lettings Manager and their team, setting the department's direction and nurturing strong connections with key stakeholders.
- Lead the charge in improving the department's performance and building a team of agents, setting goals, and ensuring top-notch service delivery across all locations.
- Drive the expansion of the business and increase rental income through effective management and strategic plans.
- Manage the hiring and integration of new properties, overseeing the listing, communication, and rental processes.
- Support the Lettings Director in planning and executing improvements and changes in processes.
- Verify that all new landlords are properly integrated into the system following established procedures.
- Elevate the company to a leading position in the lettings market, increasing income and upholding our reputation for outstanding service.
- Work with the Lettings Director to ensure the department's objectives align with the organization's goals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and market shifts, suggesting creative ways to boost departmental performance.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards, maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience in the property management or real estate industry.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Proficient leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and developing teams.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for forming and sustaining relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving results and driving business expansion.
- Familiarity with the laws, regulations, and market trends relevant to property management.
- Certifications such as RICS or ARLA are an advantage.
Salary: £50K Base, £60K OTE Hours: 9-6pm Monday to Thursday, 9-5pm Friday
