Job Description:
Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across multiple sites Fault finding EICR testing. Fire alarm works. Access control works. Installation work to both domestic and commercial premises Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs outside remit Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Ideal candidate will have experience with fire alarms and access control systems
Key attributes include:
Experienced background in all areas of the Electrical trade including fire alarms and access control. High level communication skills both internally and externally Good diary and time management Confident in IT The ability to work within a team and achieve a high level of output from within Flexible working Full UK driving license required
Full time: 42.5 hour week
