An exciting opportunity has arisen at Willow London Living for a Maintenance Operative!
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our Maintenance Team. At Willow you will be working as a Team to ensure our portfolio of 200+ properties are maintained as well as ensuring vacant properties are brought up to standard to be re-let!
You will have a dedicated Property Manager who will provide a job sheet each day and will communicate progress directly to them. You will also be working alongside our skilled current Maintenance Operative when/if required; so help is always on hand!
We are looking for someone who has the ability to carry out the below but not limited to;
- General Handyman Tasks
- Decorating
- Basic plumbing or electrical skills. For example unblocking drains or replacing sockets.
- Ability to move heavy objects
- Basic Carpentry skills
You will be required to drive and so having a valid UK drivers licence and a vehicle is vital. A company van may be discussed for a later date. Note; throughout the day you will be expected to travel to different locations around South London to attend properties across our portfolio and collect materials from nearby stores.
A fuel card will be provided, solely for work related Journeys.
We are looking for someone who has experience in maintenance and will be dedicated to their role, has the ability to work in a fast paced environment and has excellent communication skills in order to work well as a team.
