We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team in overseeing a long term civil project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations on site.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate construction activities on site
- Supervise and guide construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time
- Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with specifications
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate records of project activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role on groundwork/civils projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Good organisational skills to ensure project deadlines are met
