ABOUT THE ROLE
As a PA/ Paralegal in the Real Estate sector, you will be responsible for ensuring risk assessments are current and files comply with AML regulations. You will assist in monitoring team financials, manage sale matters for freehold and leasehold properties, and handle post-completion tasks. Additionally, you will be involved in submitting AP1s, SDLT & LTT returns, and MR01 forms within specified timescales. The role also includes maintaining relationships with clients and agents, ensuring compliance with AML and UKFML, and contributing to workflow improvements.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate for this position should be organised and efficient, with the ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise tasks effectively. Experience with document and account management systems, such as iManage and Aderant, is ideal. A solid understanding of AML and CDD procedures, proficiency in updating Excel spreadsheets, and the ability to handle administrative tasks like financial transfers and managing the DocuSign process are essential. Experience in a law firm environment or relevant legal qualifications will be highly beneficial.
