Elevate your career with a pivotal role in a dynamic Residential Conveyancing department located in the heart of Cardiff. A prestigious legal firm is in search of a meticulous Post Completion Assistant/Administrator to enhance their team's efficiency and contribute to the seamless progression of conveyancing transactions.

As a linchpin within the department, the selected individual will play a crucial role in the post-completion phase, ensuring the accurate opening of new matters and the diligent submission of applications for change of property ownership. The role demands a keen eye for detail, as reviewing completed registrations and confirming these with all relevant parties will be a daily task.

The successful candidate will be the conduit between conveyancing teams, facilitating communication and coordination. A methodical approach to reviewing ongoing caseloads and title documents upon registration will be essential. Moreover, the role involves addressing Land Registry enquiries and liaising with a myriad of third parties, showcasing the candidate's exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities extend to the preparation of AP1 forms and crafting articulate letters to clients regarding registration. The individual will also ensure that submissions to lenders and clients are executed with precision, and that OS1's are consistently updated.

Ideal candidates will possess demonstrable experience in post-completion processes within a conveyancing setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are paramount, alongside strong organisational skills to manage the varied demands of the role. The ability to thrive in a team environment is crucial, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management software.
