As a vital member of our organisation, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of corporate finance services to clients across different industries, such as financial due diligence, purchase price allocation, and working capital analysis. Your new role
- Providing financial due diligence services to clients in support of M&A transactions
- Performing purchase price allocation and working capital analysis
- Identifying and evaluating potential transactions
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and potential buyers
- Offering strategic advice to clients on TS related matters
- Continuously seeking to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality
What you'll need to succeed
- Professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field (ACA, ACCA, CFA, MBA)
- 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, with a focus on TS
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and due diligence techniques
- Experience with Excel, financial modeling, and other financial analysis software
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in business development and new client acquisition
