ROLE: POS Designer

Fantastic opportunity for a POS Designer to join a retail company based in London.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate POS briefs from teams, into finalised artwork ready store collateral.
- Design print ready files with right specs, dimensions, and resolutions.
- Take a design layout from concept to completion
- Sketch initial ideations into 2D story-telling visual graphics.
- Ignite the in-store experience accommodating consumer needs through visual aids.
- Familiarise lockup's, font weighting and design layouts to maximise space and ROI.
- Learn and understand retail CADs and planograms to familiarise store needs.
- Lead new store concepts providing all elements of graphic communication.

Skills & Experience

- Design experience in a fast-paced environment, portfolio of previous work is essential
- Experience in retail is a must.
- Advanced knowledge in Adobe- Illustrator and PhotoShop, 95% of the time will be using Adobe Illustrator.
- Visualisation skills within 2D [expert level]. 3D is a bonus
- Taking concepts through to full print ready artwork, with knowledge of the print/production process.
- Thoroughly understand retailer guidelines including store environments.
