My client is seeking a strategic and visionary Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional media channels to elevate brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable results.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee content creation by collaborating with designers and copywriters to deliver consistent, compelling marketing materials in line with the brand's voice.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and results-driven performance.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
  • Excellent project management skills; able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling marketing messages.
