We are excited to be supporting a successful Insurance Broker based in South Yorkshire.
Seeking an experienced claims handler to support with all claims, covering commercial, motor, property and liability.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Insurance claims - including motor
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Acturis Software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using claims management software and other relevant tools
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- A full, clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle (Preferred)
The Role:
- Investigate and evaluate insurance claims to determine coverage and liability across various sectors including motor trade, liability, and property insurance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to facilitate clear and concise information exchange.
- Ensure all claims are processed in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims and related documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Identify and report any potential fraud or suspicious activities to safeguard company interests.
