Our client, a successful artist, is seeking an enthusiastic Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to the smooth running of the Artist's activities. This is a full time role offers three to four days a week working mainly at the Artist's residence.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing general support towards the Artist's household, studio, and office needs.
- Arranging weekly schedules and disseminating to relevant parties.
- Conducting international diary management.
- Assisting with ensuring deadlines are met, documents are signed, and meetings are prepared for.
- Handling filing for the household and office.
- Assisting with guestlists as needed.
- Assisting with the Artist's personal appointments, doctor's appointments, shopping, family duties as needed and help with their dogs.
- Assisting with Styling team as required and keeping track of haircuts.
- Booking personal holidays and organising itineraries for personal trips.
- Maintaining birthday/Christmas lists.
- Arranging inventories as needed.
- Keeping track of gifting, fan mail, and letters.
- Monitoring charity requests.
- Communicating with the Artist's driver as needed.
- Assist with ordering food when needed.
Requirements:
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times and respect the privacy and security needs of the Artist.
- Previous experience working with high-profile clients in an assisting role is desirable.
- Valid UK drivers licence with access to a car of your own.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities.
- Willing to work outside normal working hours.
