Qualified Social Worker- Physical Disabilities

My client in central London is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Social Worker for a 6-month project to review Care home placements both within and outside London.

These reviews are in response to requests from care home providers for significant fee increases.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults with physical disabilities and be adept at conducting comprehensive Care Act assessments and reviews. Additionally, familiarity with the Continuing Healthcare pathway is essential, including experience in collaborating with health colleagues to complete checklists and decision support tools. The role also involves working closely with our placement team colleagues to complete care cube calculators effectively.

Suitable candidates must have a degree in social work and be on the SWE register too.
