Your Day-to-Day Duties:
- Learning: As an Associate, your top priority is learning. You'll gain knowledge about the market, recruitment processes, and client expectations. You'll learn on the job and have access to a comprehensive learning portal, backed by our supportive team.
- Communicating: Making and taking calls, engaging in Zoom and Teams meetings, and even some face-to-face interactions. Recruitment is all about connecting with people, and while our tools are sophisticated, the principles remain simple.
- Sourcing: Your goal is to match the right role with the right person. With a vast CRM at your disposal, you'll reach out to candidates about their next career move, whether permanent or contract, understanding their skills and meeting our clients' needs.
