Are you ready to step into a dynamic role offering Personal Assistance to Senior Portfolio Manager within our client in the Hospitality industry? The position will involve a diverse range of responsibilities, including managing schedules, organising meetings, conducting research, and compiling and distributing information. The role will be demanding and occasionally pressured, so it's essential for the individual to stay composed, focused, and dedicated to delivering top-quality work.

What you will do:

As our clients new Personal Assistant, you will work closely and collaboratively with a small team of Assistants, providing cover for one another and sharing workloads during high-pressure times. Responsibilities include downloading files and saving them accurately, liaising with external organisations such as clients, listed companies, and brokers, and scanning and filing notes. You will also be responsible arranging meetings, managing diaries, booking occasional travel, and collating research packs from various data sources. Additionally, you will maintain the CRM database, keep an efficient electronic filing system, and circulate news, broker notes, and portfolio updates to the team of Investment Professionals. Processing expenses is also part of the role.

What you will need:

Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant who is open, honest, intellectually curious, and resilient, capable of withstanding direct or abrupt communication. A quick and independent learner, the candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail, and have a process-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Additionally, a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
