Requirements

  • The successful candidate will be an experienced B2B sales professional from a business development or sales and marketing background.
  • Candidates must have a proven track record of winning new business.
  • Must be able to demonstrate skills in both account management and new business
  • Strong relationships builders able to build effective relationships both internally and externally.
  • Good organisation skills required to manage the working day/week to maximise selling time in front of customers
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, honest and a team player promoting the Company at all times. These are the key attributes required in order to demonstrate commitment to the role.
  • A sense of humour.
  • Will be required to liaise with employees across the regional group; therefore must be confident and an excellent team player

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales and Target Achievement: Actively sell to businesses, meeting and exceeding recruitment targets to drive the growth.
  • Actively building new relationships and fostering sustained engagement within companies network.
  • Develop and implement a robust business engagement strategy that meets recruitment targets and elevates the business services.
  • Build, maintain, and convert a dynamic pipeline of business contacts, ensuring regular updates and progress tracking.
  • Maximise Conversion: Manage business contacts effectively, ensuring every enquiry and event attendee is followed up to optimise conversion rates.
  • Data Management: Accurately capture, measure, and report engagement activities, including enquiries, applications, registrations, and conversions.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including new and existing referral partners.
  • Event Promotion: Identify and participate in key events and networking opportunities, delivering presentations and promoting services.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials in line with branding, including websites, brochures, and email templates. Oversee the distribution of these materials.
