Job Title: Live in Housekeeper
Location: Oxfordshire, near Banbury
Salary: £40,000 per annum Annual Bonus Healthcare post-probation

Situated amidst 80 acres of beautiful Oxfordshire countryside, this estate is not only a large and busy household but also serves as the main business base for our principals. It is a fast paced environment and everyone is hands on.
Responsibilities:
Working in a team of three housekeepers plus head housekeeper, to maintain a large country household to the highest standard.
This is a live in role, with self contained accommodation newley refurbished. Located on the main site with another staff flat above.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Daily cleaning tasks, laundry, deep cleans, and special projects.
- Taking initiative and demonstrating a passion for maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Being adaptable and capable of handling last-minute changes, such as VIP arrivals or sudden household needs.
- Remaining calm and composed under pressure, effectively handling any challenges that may arise.
- Handling expensive clothing and laundry tasks.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a high-end household or hotel setting.
- Strong team player skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proactive nature, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Working Hours:
- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, five days a week.
- One weekend per month required, with time off in lieu granted.
