Our team has established a commendable reputation in the local community, and we are actively seeking skilled office staff to collaborate with these schools.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 15:00, full time - all year round.
Role Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors
- Data input tasks
- Supporting the Office Manager with various administrative responsibilities
- Professional and friendly communication with students, staff, and parents
- Addressing initial complaints and ensuring proper follow-up
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Substantial experience working in a school office
- Genuine passion for working in an educational environment
- Familiarity with SIMS or relevant school databases in an administrative capacity
